Alaskan Lobster (Halibut Cheeks)

Ingredients:

1 Can of Chicken Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Pounds Halibut Cheeks

Directions:

Bring Broth and Sugar to a fast boil. In a medium saucepan, add the Halibut
Cheeks 8 - 10 pieces at a time. Cook 5 - 8 minutes or until done. Remove
with slotted spoon and keep warm while cooking the remainder of the Halibut.
Serve with drawn Butter.

Stuffed Mushroom Option;

Crumble the left over "Alaskan Lobster" and mix in 1/4 cup of Onions, 1 Tbs.
of Parsley and 1 beaten Egg. Core large Mushrooms so the center is large
enough to fill.

Lightly pack Mushrooms with Meat Mixture and place on a greased baking
sheet.

Sprinkle Mushrooms with Breadcrumbs and bake at 400° for 8 - 10 minutes or
until lightly browned. .
