Congratulations on finding the freshest source of wild caught fish in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El
Dorado counties.  We use our commercial fishing vessel, the Fair Seas (pictured left) and the vessels
of our partners to bring the oceans bounty directly to you.  We catch and source wild caught seafood
and deliver it to local farmers markets direct from the boat.

Memorial Day Weekend Sale!!!

UPDATE FOR MAY 22nd
Summer is officially upon us and with a 3 day weekend coming up, the
backyard grills are sure to be in full effect.  This week we'll have a trio of
specials for your Memorial Day BBQ.  First up is a truly awesome selection
that comes around only once in a while.  Fresh Opakapaka fillets!  Opakapaka
has lean, light pink flesh with a translucent sheen and firm texture. It has a
clean, delicate, sweet flavor and a reputation of being Hawaii’s premium fish. It
is often used as sashimi, but is also fantastic on the grill.  For an outstanding
recipe that is sure to be a hit at your BBQ, check out our Grilled Opakapaka
with Lemon Pesto.  Also on special is our fresh Wild Northern Halibut (also
known as the Pacific Halibut).  This halibut is larger than its California cousin
and is prized for its thicker whiter flesh than the California Halibut.  And last,
but not least, is fresh California King Salmon (if we can catch them).  We are
hoping to have King Salmon this weekend, but there is a pretty nasty front
moving through this week, and fishing conditions are going to be extremely
